NETWORK PRINCIPLES

Six cross-border acceleration capabilities

Route quality, privacy practices, device support, and refund terms are explained separately. Each point maps to something you can check in everyday use; online user counts, uptime claims, and unverified speed-test results are not used as benchmarks.

A

Peak-hour stability

Cross-border connections are more likely to be affected during evening peaks by congestion on shared links, regional detours, and unstable entry points. PzVPN organizes routes by region and link type, so you can first choose an area that better matches your distance and work needs, then compare IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections. If one route fluctuates, switch to another route in the same region within the existing subscription instead of repeatedly changing client settings. The route status section provides dynamic reference data generated by a unified component; actual performance in your applications remains the basis for final selection.

B

Anonymous, no logs

PzVPN follows an anonymous no-logs policy and does not record browsing content. Registration requires only a username and password, with no email address required, reducing the information needed to create an account. Treat subscription links as account credentials and never forward them to public pages or shared documents. The user panel provides subscription and client access; marketing pages do not expose real subscription addresses or public installation-package links, keeping account, subscription, and client access clearly separate.

C

Unlimited devices

One subscription supports unlimited devices online at the same time, making it suitable for a consistent connection across computers, tablets, and everyday mobile devices. PzVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux; after signing in, users can access the relevant client and subscription from the user panel. Multiple devices do not need to use the same regional route: a work device can choose a node near its work destination, while a media device can select a content region independently.

D

Direct access to AI tools

AI tools typically depend on sign-in, static assets, API requests, and persistent sessions at the same time, so opening the homepage alone does not prove that the full workflow is stable. Keep the exit region consistent when choosing a route and avoid switching nodes repeatedly during sign-in or conversations. PzVPN’s region-based route list makes it easier to choose an exit for the target service; when using tools such as Gemini, start with a route near the target region and check whether sign-in, generation, and file handling remain continuous. If performance fluctuates, switch to a backup route in the same region.

E

Streaming access

Streaming access depends not only on bandwidth, but also on the exit region, service detection, and connection continuity during playback. PzVPN marks routes that can be used for streaming in the route list, making it easier to filter by content region first and then check quality switching, seeking, and long-playback performance in practice. If a service reports a regional change, confirm the current route region first rather than switching across regions repeatedly; changing routes within the same region is usually easier for troubleshooting.

F

60-day no-questions-asked refund

PzVPN offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. When choosing a subscription, start by matching the tier to your everyday traffic needs, then check how familiar regions, work tools, and media services perform in your actual environment. The refund policy and plan traffic are separate details: monthly subscription traffic resets each month from the activation date, while data packs remain available until used and never expire. Compare usage frequency, traffic patterns, and whether you need to keep backup data long term.

ROUTE DIRECTORY

Global routes preview

Start with the target region, then compare route types and use cases. The static route table describes coverage structure; dynamic status is only a reference for selection during the current visit and is not a fixed performance promise.

How to tell whether a route is suitable

For work and collaboration, prioritize routes near the region where the target service is located, then observe connection stability during real meetings, file synchronization, and persistent sign-ins. For media access, filter first for streaming routes by content region, then check startup, seeking, and continuous playback. For everyday browsing and research, nearby relay or direct routes are generally easier to switch quickly.

IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections represent different ways of organizing links; no single type suits every task. Dedicated lines emphasize control across the cross-border backbone; relay routes add routing flexibility between entry and exit points; direct connections use a more straightforward structure. Choose based on your network, target region, and application rather than judging by the route name alone.

SESSION STATUS

Route status reference

Latency and bandwidth data are generated by the site-wide route component and are intended only for side-by-side comparison during the current session.

CLIENT ACCESS

Clients and subscription access

Clients and subscriptions are provided inside the user panel. After signing in, access the platform-specific entry point and import the subscription information from your account; marketing pages do not provide public installation packages or real subscription addresses.

Windows

Sign in to get the client and subscription, then complete the remaining setup in the user panel.

Get the client

macOS

Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription, then follow the system prompts to configure the connection.

Get the client

Android

Sign in to the user panel to get the client and subscription, then choose the required route by region.

Get the client

iOS

Open the user panel to view the client entry point; subscription information is provided only after signing in.

Get the client

Linux

Sign in to get subscription and platform instructions, then complete the import using the process provided in the user panel.

Get the client

Getting and protecting your subscription

A subscription link imports the routes associated with your account into the client and should be protected like an account credential. On first use, select the relevant platform entry in the user panel, get the subscription, and complete the import; afterward, you can view regions and route names in the client. Repeat the same process when changing devices. There is no need to search public pages for installation packages or copy configurations from unknown sources.

If no routes appear after importing, first confirm that you signed in to the correct account, then return to the user panel and get the subscription again. Do not post subscription content in group chats, public notes, or screenshots. PzVPN supports unlimited devices online at once, so your personal devices do not need to share a public configuration; each device can be set up from the panel entry point for the same account.

PLANS

Monthly subscriptions and traffic tiers

The three monthly subscription tiers reset traffic each month from the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days; estimate your everyday usage frequency before choosing rather than comparing only the traffic allowance of each tier.

Light tier

¥9.9

Monthly · 60GB

Suitable for research, text collaboration, email, and lighter everyday web browsing. If most needs fall within fixed work hours and long media playback is uncommon, this tier is a practical starting point.

TRAFFIC PACKS

Use until depleted; never expires

Data packs suit accounts with irregular usage that want to keep backup traffic available long term. Options include ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB, and ¥658 / 3000GB. They use a different measurement model from monthly subscriptions, which reset each month; choose based on your usage period and traffic habits.

Start using

First assess how you use traffic

Accounts that frequently use video, cloud files, and multi-device synchronization usually consume noticeably more traffic than those focused on text collaboration. If usage is steady, a monthly subscription makes it easy to receive a new allowance on each activation-date cycle; if usage is occasional, a data pack remains available until depleted. Neither has a universal priority—the key difference is whether traffic resets monthly.

Upgrades are prorated by remaining days

When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the current cycle and remaining traffic, then decide whether to change tiers. All monthly subscriptions support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited devices online at once.

Confirm payment and refund details separately

PzVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. Before paying, verify whether you selected a monthly subscription or a data pack and confirm the traffic allowance. The user panel stores plan and order status; client, subscription, and support-ticket access are also handled there.

OPERATING MODEL

Service boundaries you can verify

PzVPN explains routes, accounts, clients, plans, and refund information separately. Visitors can verify coverage and billing before paying, then sign in to get subscriptions and clients from the user panel.

ROUTE

Route information by region

The node page lists countries, cities, route types, and streaming support by region. The homepage shows representative routes only; short-term latency or a single speed test is not presented as a fixed conclusion. Dynamic status data comes from a unified component for comparison during the current session; final selection should still reflect your own network and commonly used applications.

ACCOUNT

No email address required

Register with only a username and password to reduce the steps needed to create an account. Clients and subscriptions are available from the user panel after signing in, so account delivery details are not exposed on public pages. If subscription information is forgotten or leaked, handle it in the user panel rather than redistributing it through public channels.

BILLING

Billing terms come before plan selection

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month from the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrade differences are prorated across the remaining days; data packs remain available until depleted and never expire. PzVPN also lists Alipay, WeChat Pay, USDT, and a 60-day no-questions-asked refund, making the key details easy to verify before choosing a plan.

DEVICES

Platform coverage and device limits explained separately

Supported platforms are Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited devices online at once. Platform support means a corresponding client entry point exists; device capacity describes the connection scope of one account. These details are stated separately so client count is not confused with route count or traffic allowance.

Build your criteria from real-world use cases

There is no universal route choice independent of context. Work scenarios call for session continuity, media access depends on regional detection and sustained playback, and AI tools need sign-in, resource loading, and requests to stay within the same exit region. Define the task first, then test routes in the same region; this is more reliable than judging by route names alone.
